For more than six months, I have been suffering from foot problems from a cycling injury. Insertion point of tendons in the arch of the foot are still sore plus peroneal tendinosis and ligaments around the ankle and cuboid and cuneform bones. I can walk for only 15 minutes. Always have pain in the foot at around level 5 or 6 out of 10. Can PRP help with this many problems? | |
I would advise an MRI first to determine that it’s not a stress fracture or anything bone related which often does not show on X-ray. If it is strictly soft tissue in nature, then I would try PRP treatments with some Anti-inflammatory (NSAID’s) to seek relief. |
