| PRP is well known to help wound healing in any kind of surgery. I use it in nearly every surgery. I perform, including abdominoplasty. In my opinion I would continue to use PRP, I do not know that IPL or PDL will initiate the same growth factor change and healing stimulation that PRP does. | |
