Will PRP injections Help My Plantar Fasciitis With Bone Spur?

Would like to know if prp injections are going to help my plantar fasciitis with bone spur. Ive suffered with severe pain for almost 7 years now. PRP injections have been offered to me to help the healing of the plantar . I’m still concerned that the remaining bone spur will still continue to cause problems. Thoughts?

PRP will help the plantar fasciitis pain you are having. More often than not it’s the plantar fascia causing your pain and not the spur. Normal width of plantar fascia is approx. 3-3.3mm and an ultrasound can determine the extent of the inflammation if it’s close to six or more PRP will give relief.
